Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA)
Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) is inspired by the vision of transformational change in rural development processes by leveraging knowledge institutions to help build the architecture of an Inclusive India.
The Mission of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan is to enable higher educational institutions to work with the people of rural India in identifying development challenges and evolving appropriate solutions for accelerating sustainable growth. It also aims to create a virtuous cycle between society and an inclusive academic system by providing knowledge and practices for emerging professions and to upgrade the capabilities of both the public and the private sectors in responding to the development needs of rural India.
Madhuben & Bhanubhai Patel Institute of Technology has adopted five villages named as Lakkadpura, Devapura, Dedarda, Dhobi Kui and Singlav.

On 26th December 2022UBA team of MBIT, CVM university have organized Female Health issue awareness program in Singlav village .
On 17th December 2022 MBIT organized Mental and Spiritual health awareness program for Pregnant Women in Devapura village .
On 30th November 2022 the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) team of MBIT had organized a Kids Health issue awareness Program in Dhobikui village.
On 29th November 2022 Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (UBA) team of MBIT had organized a Free medical Checkup camp in Dedarda village.
26th November 2022, MBIT college visited devapura for household survey.
During this visit UBA team celebrated Plastic Free India abhiyan by distributing cloth bag to villagers.
12th November 2022, MBIT college visited three villages under Unnant Bharat Abhiyan (Dedarda, Dhobi Kui and Singlav)
During the Visit UBA team conducted a household survey of more than 100 houses . There were three faculty members and 27 students involved in this survey.
28th September 2022, MBIT college visited three villages under Unnant Bharat Abhiyan (Dedarda, Dhobi Kui and Singlav)
During the visit UBA team worked with NSS team and visited village primary school and distributed drawing kits to top 5 students to 1 to 5 standard students.
On 2nd September 2022 MBIT college had organized Lakkadpura village visit under Unnant Bharat Abhiyan with NSS Unit .
In this Visit there were two faculty members and 250 students involved in this visit. Students had visited the village and also conducted household surveys of more than 100 houses. After a household survey we identify problems in the Lakkadpura like bad roads, Drinking Water Problem, Unemployment, unaware about government schemes as part of village survey activity.
