A CVM institution, MBIT organized a webinar on “Respect Redefine Objective” on 29^th Oct 2020. The speaker of the webinar was Shailaja Andhare Shailaja, she is the president of Stree Chetna Gujarat, Vice-President at Bharatiya Stree Shakti., Trustee and RSS Gujarat Prant Mahila Samanvay Pramukh.She has been a part of the education field for almost 3 decades. She also has experience in youth counseling.

She is dedicated for empowerment, upliftment, safety and counseling of the youth through her social organization. Also she works as a Nutritionist , diet counseling for various patients. She has Participated and organized seminars related to  gender equality, role of he  and she, Respect Redefined , Gender Sensitivity, sexual Harassment,  etc,  in colleges , clubs,  police and Government  training  workshops.
