The Committee of the Personality Development Cell (PDC) at MBIT is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing activities aimed at enhancing students’ personal and professional growth. Below are the key duties and responsibilities of the committee members:

1. Leadership & Coordination:
   • Oversee the overall functioning of the Personality Development Cell, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
2. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop a yearly plan for personality development initiatives, workshops, and seminars.
3. Industry Collaboration:
   • Establish partnerships with industry professionals, alumni, and external trainers to conduct sessions and activities.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation:
   • Evaluate the effectiveness of the cell’s programs and make necessary improvements.
